Our platform allows members to recharge or topup their accounts with credits to be spent in our products. You understand that once the process has been complete, GameSky Global is not obliged to cancel, change, refund or edit any details about the transactions.
If unauthorized hacking or actions which attempt to cheat the system is found, GameSky Global reserves the right to terminate accounts involved and report the incidents to the relevant authorities.
GameSky Global reserves the right to terminate any services with no compensation provided to members. There will be times services are disrupted, and GameSky Global is not obliged to give out compensation as well.

c.When members go against the rules set by GameSky Global or committing a crime

GameSky Global will not guarantee that the services provided will fully satisfy each and every members’ requirements. Services might be disrupted due to a variety of issues, such as slow connection speed, servers suffering hacking attacks, and delay caused by internet service providers etc. Members should acknowledge that services under GameSky Global are not invulnerable to such incidents, and hence will not seek any form of compensation.
All information, logos, business details etc are registered intellectual properties under GameSky Global or another business. Under the copyright law, members are not allowed to copy, duplicate or edit any information in any form. If found, offenders are liable to be reported to the relevant authorities.
